Ordering

We are pleased to accept all major debit/credit cards, major e-wallets, bank transfer and PayNow.  
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You can also view the order status on your Account Page. The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm that your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Once your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, we will send a second email, Order Dispatchment Email with your shipment details.

You can only use one promo code per order. 

Shipping

We ship globally from Singapore to all over the world and all prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Drop us an email at hello@flawsome.sg if the shipping destination is not displayed during check out. 

For all local(Singapore) orders above SGD 100: Free courier shipping. ( 1-3 business days) 
For all orders below SGD 100: Auto generated shipping charges will be calculated at Checkout page based on location/counties located.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please also note for overseas customers:
  1. Parcels refused due to high duties and taxes. 
  2. Parcels not picked up by the recipient at the local holding facility. 
  3. Parcels cannot clear customs because of restrictions. 
  4. Items that are missing due to Customs confiscation. 
  5. Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address. 

Of course! Simply log in and go to your account. You can change your shipping address by clicking “Edit” under Account Details. 
We are sorry to hear that! Most of the time, the courier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If the tracking number still does not work, please email hello@flawsome.sg and we will sort it out for you. 

Return/Refund

At Flawsome, we are dedicated provide quality products to you. If for any reason you don’t feel satisfied with the product(s) you’ve purchased, you may return the product(s) within a maximum period of 7 days upon receipt of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  2. Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a whole set.
  3. This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
  4. Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Flawsome.

Please note: Items purchased with store coupons/sales items are non–returnable /exchangeable items.

Please inspect your products for any damage or defects upon shipment arrival. Should there be a product damage/defect, please take a snapshot of the product and contact us immediately at hello@flawsome.sg. Please provide the order number along with clear photos and your phone number(optional) for a quicker reply. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged / defective product for inspection. Upon acknowledgement and confirmation from our end, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged / defective product to us and any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge. Our policy lasts 7 days upon receipt of delivery.

Collection & Delivery

We understand how important it is to get your shopping to you as quickly as possible! We will process your order within 2 working days and hand over your parcels to our courier service. Thereafter, you will receive a notification from our courier service when your parcel is on the way to you!
